In addition, training is supplied in some of the
areas where we have industry-leading expertise e.g.

Over the week of 9-13 February 2009 our Principal
Petrophysicist, Stephen Adams,
was one of a panel of 3 experts employed by an International Operator
in Australia to resolve problems in the understanding of an oil field
under development. Wells had produced apparently contradictory results.
The panel was able to assist the Operator with understanding why the
well results were encountered and how to most effectively move ahead
with development. During 2008, Stephen Adams
continued to assist in reserves updates of Operators in
countries ranging from Australia, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan,
Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and U.S.A. Over 31 March, 1 and 2 April 2008 Stephen Adams ran a 3
day Advanced Petrophysical Interpretation course in
Perth under the auspices of both the SPE and SPWLA
(FESAUS) chapters.
During November 2007, our Principal
Petrophysicist,Stephen Adams ran a 2
day Saturation-Height Modelling course in Perth. This
"hands on" courses was run at the request of Woodside
Energy.
